Ice cream was very good, nothing to say about that. After paying I realised there was a tip left. The reason is that she turned her computer one way to not show me and then turned it another way I found it suspicious . When I asked the Colombian woman working inside, she told me it was included and that’s it’s not possible to change it. I told her it was weird and what would have happened if I wanted to give more? To see her answer. She seemed puzzled by my comment and decided that she didn’t understand my English. Furthermore, when speaking to her in Spanish, the language she does understand she explained it was optional but that she always includes it. I tried buying a Pepsi again to see the process saying I did not want to tip and there was no tip added on the Pepsi. Ice cream was good but service not so much.

We had the most deliciuos and refreshing experience at Freddo! The gelato is absolute perfection—so fresh and delicious. The mango and amarena were incredible; the texture is so smooth, and you can truly taste the real fruit in the mango, making it taste completely natural. My girls completely fell in love with the chocolate and everything else they tried. A special thank you to Ana and Cielo at the counter, who were so kind, welcoming, and helpful during our visit. We will definitely be coming back soon!

The gelato is soooo good ! It’s authentic Italian gelato, the pistachio is amazing! Made me feel like I was back in Trevi Fountain. The staff is very friendly and the portions are generous.
